Resumption of construction and refurbishment of Warehouse No. 3 (WH03) floor in Ras Al-Khair for ABSAR and SAS within Ma'aden projects. The project addressed uplift and groundwater seepage issues to ensure structural stability.

Scope of Work

Construction of a new raft foundation of 6,500 m², treatment of the affected grade slab, and ensuring long-term structural stability and durability.
